Construction Process:
1. Substrate treatment: The substrate must be flat, firm, clean, without visible water or leakage. Uneven and cracked areas should be leveled first, and leaky areas should be sealed first. Inner and outer corners should be made into rounded corners.
2. Apply layer by layer with a roller or brush according to the selected method, following the order of base coat - bottom coat - non-woven fabric - middle coat - top coat.
3. Apply evenly, avoiding local deposition or excessive thickness/thinness.
Areas of Application:
1. Suitable for waterproofing projects such as roofs, walls, bathrooms, basements, etc., in non-permanently submerged environments.
2. Suitable for waterproofing projects such as metal roof color steel tiles.
3. Suitable for sealing expansion joints, compartment joints, drains, wall penetrations, etc.
Precautions and Reference Dosage:
1. Construction should not be carried out below 4°C or in rainy conditions, and avoid construction in extremely humid and poorly ventilated environments, as this may affect film formation.
2. After construction, carefully inspect all parts of the project, especially weak points. If problems are found, identify the causes and repair them promptly.
3. Theoretical dosage: The dosage varies depending on the situation, with a consumption of 2kg/m² for a film thickness of 1mm.
