High Elastic and Flexible Waterproof Coating

Product advantages

The scope of application

1. It can be used for waterproofing indoor and outdoor structures, prefabricated concrete structures, brick walls, etc;

2. Underground parking lots, tunnels, drainage and water supply pipelines, floor roofs, walls and floors, swimming pools, drinking water pools and other waterproof projects;

3. Waterproofing of building structures, pipes, post-pouring belt joints, joints or expansion joints where slight vibration, movement, cracks may occur;

Base preparation

1) The substrate must be firm, flat, clean, free of dust, greasy, wax, release agent, etc. and other debris;

2) All small pores and sand holes can be mixed with K11 powder and a little water to form a wet mass, and then smoothed;

3) Before applying the slurry, fully moisten the substrate in advance, but there should be no stagnant water;

Construction technology

Pour the powder into a container with additives, stir mechanically for 3 minutes until there is no precipitated colloid, and then let it stand for 3-5 minutes, then stir it for use. Intermittent stirring should be maintained during use to prevent precipitation. Use a stiff brush, roller or spray machine to evenly brush or spray the mixed slurry on the wet substrate; layer construction, the second layer should be applied perpendicular to the first layer; the thickness of each layer must not be more than 1mm.

Matters needing attention

1. This product is suitable for use in an environment of 5℃ ~ 35℃ , and must be protected from rain, hot sunlight and frost during the construction process;

2. The slurry after opening and adjustment should be used up within 2 hour. Do not mix the dried glue with water before using it;

3. After the waterproof layer is completely dried, other covering layers can be used;
