Construction technology

1) Base preparation.The substrate must be firm, smooth, clean, free of dust, greasy, wax, release agent, etc. and other debris; All small pores and sand holes can be mixed into a wet mass with the plugging king and a little water, and then smoothed;

2) The construction base surface is required to be dry, solid, smooth, free of dust, no oil, and moisture content <8℅

3) The coating construction is usually carried out in two passes. Apply the paint evenly on the base surface with a rubber scraper or a brush, and repeat the application in two vertical directions to ensure the penetration and adhesion of the paint on the base surface, and the first layer of coating is cured After (4-8 hours), the second construction can be carried out

4) It is forbidden to step on within 24 hours after the completion of the construction, and the protective layer should be made immediately after all the waterproof layers are completely dry.

Matters needing attention

1) The paint after opening the cover should be used up within 20 minutes, and the construction temperature should be above 5℃ ;

2) Keep air circulation during construction;

3) The lid of the unused paint must be sealed to prevent the paint from absorbing moisture and curing, and prevent the sun, rain, and collision during transportation.
